Adding an administrator to your WordPress site

Adding an administrator account to a WordPress site involves a few simple steps. Here is a step-by-step guide to accomplish this:

Go to the "Users" section

1. Once logged in, you'll be redirected to the WordPress dashboard.
2. In the left-hand menu, hover over "Users" to bring up the submenu, then click on "Add".
3. On the "Add a new user" page, fill in the required fields:
   • Identifier : info@w-maintenance.pro
   • E-mail address : info@w-maintenance.pro
   • First name : WordPress
   • Name : Maintenance
4. Check the "Generate password" box to have WordPress generate a secure password.
5. Leave the "  Send an e-mail to the person about their account. checked
6. Role: Select "Administrator" from the drop-down menu to assign administrator rights to this account.
7. click on the Click on "Add an account".

 OVH hosting: change of technical contact 

1. To change the technical contact via OVH, please go to your OVH manager and go to contact management, typically at this address:  https://www.ovh.com/manager/#/dedicated/contacts/services
2. Find your website hosting (service name: usually "shared" or "VPS" or "Performance"), then at the end of the line on the right click on the 3 dots   then " modify contacts" 
3. In the "technical contact" section, delete the content and insert LP1444017-ovh then validate. 
4. You will then receive (immediately or after validation by us) several emails asking you to confirm the operation. Read these OVH emails carefully, they contain a validation link: click on it 
5. We will also receive an email to confirm the change, and we will validate it.
6. Repeat for "DOMAIN" and "DNS ZONE" services.
